B&B "Paradiso" is in Grosio, an ancient village in the heart of the Alps in Valtellina. From here it is possible to reach Mortirolo Peak, a very well known mountain especially by cycle tourists. Grosio is located in an ideal place for hiking or mountain biking and it is surrounded by wonderful natural landscapes; on the hillside of Grosio lie the ruins of two ancient castles, and it is an interesting archeological site where you can find petroglyphs dating back from 2200-1000 BC. Moreover, Grosio is in the neighbourhood of main Valtellina skiing resorts as Bormio, Aprica and Livigno. B&B "Paradiso" is a new building with three comfortable bedrooms all with bathroom ensuite equipped with shower, colour TV, and it offers a wide covered parking and a safe place for the bikes or winter equipments. Some bikes are at guests disposal and there is a work-bench with tools for the maintenance of guests' bike, too. In the breakfast area we prepare delightful breakfasts with typical local products in compliance with Valtellina traditions. Our B&B is qualified by the Italian Society for Celiac disease in order to prepare gluten-free and milk-free breakfast.
